Day 1

How is everyone doing over there? On the 1st day w e went through some pretty whack times. We had problems going through the airport because of a couple of the younger children (had to pay an extra $100 each). We went to Fort Bonafacio and stayed in a Generals place. It was great (team wishes to thank Bro Walt). Then for the 1st nite 1 of the team members had misplaced 3 passports. It was just the morale shaker tat put us all down. That 1st day was juz crazee, so what did we do, PRAY! After that everyone was so tired that we all fell asleep pretty quickly. The next morning when our driver came it was just an awesome blessing. The driver brought in the missing passports n said they were left in the bus! Wow that was just the morale boost we needed. We continued on b/c we had to get flight to legaspi that day. Wow I tell ya, going thru airports over here is just a nightmare,. It’s not as organised as @ home but in the end we got to legazpi safe n sound. We settled in so it was ok, accomodation isn’t 5star but it’ll b good for these kids.
